Returns

You may return unused products within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
We do not offer free return shipping.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for another model, please return the item you do not want and place a new order via our webshop.


Withdraw from your purchase (ONLY EU ORDERS)

You can use this page to let us know that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Send us an email at: customerservice@sittingsuits.com

Please write “Withdrawal from purchase” in the subject line.

To help us find your order quickly, please include the following information in your email:

* Your name
* Your email address
* Your order number
* A short message stating that you wish to withdraw from your purchase

Once we have received your message, we will review your order and get back to you as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse, we will try to cancel the order and refund the payment.

If the order has already been shipped or processed by our warehouse, the shipment cannot always be stopped. In that case, please refuse the parcel on delivery or do not collect it from the pickup point. The parcel will then be returned to us automatically, and we will refund the amount once we have received the item back or have documentation that it is on its way back.

This function applies to your statutory right of withdrawal. Our regular return period is still 30 days.

Important information

Order number and name must be included in the package

Please keep the shipping receipt and tracking information

In cases involving lost or undelivered parcels, we reserve the right to request proof of delivery with signature

We are unable to collect parcels sent to parcel shops

All returns must be delivered directly to our warehouse address

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Processing & refunds

From the time we receive your return:

Processing time: up to 7 business days

Refund: once processed, refunds may take 3–7 business days

Please note that the total refund time may therefore be up to approximately 10–14 days.

Items not eligible for return

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

The product is not in new condition

The product smells of smoke or perfume

The product has been exposed to fire or heavy smoke

The product has been washed

The product has been in contact with animals

The product is damaged due to insufficient or incorrect packaging during return
